Lew Atkinson('71) is one of the pioneering members of the 1968 and 1970 NAIA national championship teams. A tenacious player with solid skill, Lew roamed the flanks for Greg Myers and helped keep things tight in the back with Nils, Billy and Hank. A Ph.D in Education, Lew works for the Delaware State Department of Education.

He has remained active in the sport of soccer as a coaching educator and trainer for the Delaware State Soccer Association. He conducts coaching courses for youth coaches and travels regionally to assist the USSF with national courses. Lew fondly recalls his days in Elkins with Nils, Bill, Hank, Gus and Scotty.

David Archibold('88) had four stellar years for the Senators during 1984-1987, and is considered one of the greatest goal scorers in D&E history with over 43 goals. A native of Dublin, Ireland, Archie is back home in the Palmerstown CS area and interested in the emerging alumni network. He was a perennial All-WVIAC, All-NSCAA and NCAA All-American during his career.
